I ordered a drum chest of drawers and it was damaged when I opened it. I contacted the company and they were so helpful. The damaged drum was collected and a replacement delivered. I was kept informed throughout and what photos to take and how to package the damaged item. It is extremely rare to receive customer service like this. I truly felt like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience. I’m impressed. Thank you so much.

Beautifully laid out sequence of small themed gardens and a larger area with plants for sale. Designed by a Rona a horticulturist extraordinaire. Excellent advice and suggestions for troublesome spots. All the plants are Pentland hardy so will thrive anywhere else. .

"Still waiting!"

We ordered our furniture in December 2023 and we are still waiting now May 24!
We have received 2 emails stating that the problem was the situation in the Middle East. However, looking at other reviews people have received their orders promptly.
We were told our order was on a ship due to dock at a UK port in the middle of April and that they would be in touch to arrange delivery. We have heard nothing.
We are very disappointed with Quercus Living for not keeping us better informed. We will not be using them or recommending them.
