"Still waiting for goods after 43 weeks - Avoid this company."
We ordered two items in May and June 2021 and we are still waiting for delivery.
We had been promised delivery in October 2021 then in December we were advised they had been despatched. We then received a call to say this was an error and that the delivery would now be by the end of January. I recently checked on this and have now been told they are due in at the end of February.
This experience has not been a good one and I only can hope the goods arrive and there is no further delay.
Update 21st February
I have received another call today to advise that the goods are now delayed until the end of March, that will be a 43 week delivery from the order date if they are delivered as promised.
I am now awaiting a response from a manager.

Thank you for the response to my review. I will now await to see if you fulfill your commitment that the goods will be delivered by the end of March 22.
What is a concern to me is that currently your website shows delivery of these goods for new purchases in 6-7 weeks and I will have had to wait 43 weeks!!!!! Something does to not add up.

I contacted Quercus living today only to be advised;
“Currently I don’t have this information. I have requested it from the logistics department, once I have a response, I will inform you to let you know.
I would suggest, given the situations and current climates we are constantly in, delivery may be at least another 7-8 weeks.”
I have no confidence that after waiting a further 8 weeks these goods will be delivered so have asked for a full refund.
Would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company.
I will update again when my refund is received.
Update 4.4.22
Refund has been made using PayPal which was not my method of payment. This has resulted in me being charged a fee and the money going on hold.
YOU COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP.

Forgive me to beleive that this would have happend as I have been told in the past it would be delivered in October, then in December, then in January and then in March. You would have just come up with an another excuse for a delay in April/May!!!
I have spent 30 minutes on a call to PayPal who confirmed that YOU have made the refund incorrectly and this should have been a personal payment then NO FEE would have been charged.;
Goods have not received and so PayPal are holding the money for 21 days as you have used a transaction as if goods have been shipped.
Paypal are going to contact YOU TO ADVISE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE WRONG!!!!!
I would like a full refund and if not a case will be generated to my bank and ask for a charge back for the full amount.
Is it too much for you to resolve this ????
After contacting PayPal myself again this evening they have done the right thing and given me back my fees but it was NO THANKS to Quercus.

Thank you for your response but you have come up with every excuse why the goods have not been delivered!!! It was obvious you were never going to fulfil the order at the price I paid, to say it was going to take a year for the goods to be made and shipped is just a total joke!!!! You did not resolve the Paypal issue, I DID!!!!
I HAVE NO FAITH THE GOODS WOULD HAVE ARRIVED IN MAY, YOU WOULD HAVE JUST COME UP WITH ANOTHER EXCUSE AND THIS IS WHY I CANCELLED THE ORDER.

We bought 2 items end of December and still nothing.horribke customer servis full of lies as they should call me back same day when I contacted them but they ignored me.Deluvery company stated this sellers request economy delivery .Still waiting for update on delivery.never again

The finish on the items I bought was excellent.
The sales support was exemplary, extremely helpful.
I was kept informed of the delivery process and the team were very good natured and helpful.
All in all a very pleasant process.
Quercus has a winning formula.
Just wish we had a few firms like them down south 😏
