I was 5 minutes away for my appointment for an echocardiogram when they called to cancel, claiming they forgot to book the stenographer- which can’t be true as I paid for and was told it would be the cardiologist that would be there

Avoid Pall Mall Newton Le Willows. My experience in April this year beggars belief. My surgery with Mr Siddiqui went really well and I am over the moon with my results. It is the after care and the venue itself which falls below other private or NHS facilities I’ve experienced. Without going into the full ins and outs, they venue is full and lifeless for a private clinic, they should take a look at Spire or Alex for comparison and inspiration, They were short staffed, the nurse who greeted my was rushed off her feet and later said she was the only one on duty. My private room was so small and soulless with an en-suite toilet, not bathroom, which had a door which didn’t close, blinds didn’t work and no window in the door for observation. Leg pump required as part of my after care package to avoid blood clots wasn’t switched on until I raised this with the staff once I was fully recovered from my anaesthetic and notice them not working. food ordered from a menu was a complete myth, being told I could only have what was left, discharged without a discharge letter and when requested by my GP had the incorrect dates on. After discharge I needed dressings changed and was asked if my husband or a friend could do it and to go buy some new dressings despite this being part of my aftercare and included in my payment. Although the staff who looked after me were lovely, the level of care leaves much to be desired seeming due to staff shortage. These are just a few things. I made a formal complaint to which Pall Mall either denied on points or gave unsatisfactory and even dismissive responses. They accept no responsibility whatsoever then told me if I wanted to appeal I needed to do this through my consultant. Why, he was amazing and my complaint is about Pall Mall and not Mr Siddiqui who was, and continues to be great. Pall Mall have taken no responsibility for their shortfalls and have actually given unsatisfactory and dismissive responses to my complaint. Totally disinterested. I quickly moved my follow up visits to a reputable hospital and I wouldn’t use Pall Mall again nor recommend then. Iwould go as far to say avoid.

The whole process was efficiently and professionally done for me and was reasonably priced!The staff were excellent and I was made to feel important in the examination process and kept fully informed of the results and felt very relaxed throughout the visit!

I am currently 1 week post op and so pleased with my results. Mr Hussain is amazing at what he does and cannot thank him enough. The whole experience was great and felt comfortable through out the process. Nikki my co ordinator kept in touch regularly and answered any questions I had. If anyone is thinking of any cosmetic surgery Pallmall are fantastic and would recommend to all thank you very much x

Absolutely FANTASTIC in every aspect. I had never had any type of scan before so was somewhat apprehensive. Having read reviews of hospitals nearest to me,that offered this service I chose to contact Pal Mall. Initially I spoke to a lovely lady called Anna, extremely professional , knowledgeable and instantly she put me at ease. She explained all, so thoroughly , and I knew I had made a good choice. The appointment was arranged within a few days. ( no months of waiting ,highly impressed )The professionalism and friendliness prevailed throughout my visit, On arrival ,the first thing I noticed was how modern and clean the building was . Most welcoming .The receptionist was extremely pleasant and efficient, One form filled and without any waiting I was with the radiologist for the Scan. He too was also so friendly, reassuring and professional. A clear explained of everything was given and in the blink of an eye I was under the new modern MRI scanner.! ( not claustrophobic at all ) 40 mins later Im on my way home, and three days later I received the results. So impressed with everything .Worth every penny. Superb. Cant recommend Pal Mall enough.Thank you .

"Excellent service and cost efficient "

I contacted pall mall with regards to booking an MRI. Anna was very helpful, I was coming back from travelling and she explained the process and the prices in full detail. On the day of the appointment it was very seamless. I arrived 15 mins before, filled out my form and was taken early as the radiographer was already in. I received my results within 5 days. I would highly recommend and the price is very good.

From start to finish I can’t fault the service I received from Pall Mall. Such care and friendly service, staff and nurses are just wonderful. Made me feel very safe and looked after. No question was left unanswered by surgeon, nurses or patient coordinators. Felt in very safe hands throughout. Worth every penny :-)
