The staff were lovely, from the initial phone call, to the girls on reception. Joanne attended to me, she was very friendly, helpful and polite.
I always struggle to have my bloods done, I was made to feel at.ease, Megan was lovely, also very professional.
I would go back to pall mall if needed. I would have waited much longer to find out what was wrong in my bloods, well worth the money to find out quicker, and your results are within 24 hours.

So far had a great experience with pall mall. Originally with my surgeon Chloe at a different place but was able to follow her here and so far had such a positive time. Felt comfortable and safe the whole time throughout consultations and phone calls. Mamuna also has been such a great help and amazing throughout my process so far too. Everyone I've interacted with has been so kind and has made sure I knew what was happening and that I was comfortable the whole time so I'm fully confident with them to carry out my top surgery when the day comes.

"Excellent experience with both the procedure and booking"

Both the booking experience and the procedure itself were excellent. I had got slightly confused during the booking process and the Pall Mall booking team were both patient and professional. The procedure itself was a blood test. I have had tests regularly since 2004 given a chronic condition that needs monitoring. So I have experienced a lot of Phlebotomists- the Pall Mall phlebotomist blood drawing experience was the best I have had. All in all worth every one of my 5 stars.

I had breast augmentation surgery with Mr Topps, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, he was incredible and transparent, honest, and highly skilled. He made me feel completely at ease, and the outcome has exceeded my expectations. My confidence has skyrocketed, and I’m so grateful for the amazing job he has done.

The only downside to my experience was the post-op follow-up. After my initial check-up to assess my scars, I wasn’t contacted again, which felt quite odd. I would have really appreciated the chance to thank Mr Topps personally for the impact his work has had on me. A bit more communication from Pall Mall after surgery would make the experience even better.

That being said, I would absolutely return and highly recommend Mr Topps to anyone considering this procedure. His expertise and professionalism are second to none! The nurses on the ward before and after surgery were fabulous too.

Pall mall is an excellent hospital from start to finish. The staff are excellent and address any worries or concerns. Day of proceedure went smoothly thanks to Dr Bassi along with his gorgeous nurses. After care is faultless, even when I was a bit poorly afterwards had me straight in a fixed in no time. Seriously recommend this place to anyone
