Amazing experience. The reception team made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Dr Ashton answered all my questions at the end with really in depth tips and advice. I am so happy for what I chose and I can’t wait to book my follow up appointment.

I’m incredibly grateful to Pall Mall Medical, Mr Yiannoullou and his team for their exceptional care and support throughout my breast reduction surgery. The process was seamless, and I felt safe and understood every step of the way.

For years, I struggled with feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious about my appearance. The shame and embarrassment affected my closest relationships and confidence. I always felt like people could only see my chest and not me. Taking this step was daunting, but with the reassurance and guidance from Natalie and the team, I finally did it.

Now, I feel confident in my own skin. Clothes fit beautifully, and I no longer feel self-conscious. The difference is truly life-changing, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I can’t recommend Pall Mall Medical highly enough.

I wanted to send my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent abdominoplasty and aftercare at Pall Mall. From start to finish, I felt genuinely supported and safe, which made all the difference.

Although I unexpectedly had to be taken back into theatre due to a hematoma shortly after my routine surgery, the professionalism and swift response of the fabulous Mr Hussain and the team put me completely at ease. Every staff member I encountered, from the surgical team to the nursing staff, went above and beyond to make sure I was well-informed, comfortable, and reassured at each step. Their calm, caring presence (especially the theatre staff) made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and safe.

Thank you again for your dedication and compassion. I truly appreciate the quality of care I received, and I’m grateful to have been in such capable hands. Couldn’t recommend enough.

"Absolutely Amazing!"

I am absolutely over the moon with my experience at Pall Mall, from my initial consultation to post-surgery, they have been amazing. I had a septoplasty with Mr Raghavan and words can not describe how happy and pleased I am with the result! After years of insecurity I can finally say that I now have so much more confidence… you have changed my life for the better. My patient coordinator Sarah Bradshaw was fantastic and answered any questions I had, I was kept well informed all the way up to surgery and after. Durning my pre and post-op, Diane was fantastic and answered any questions I had. Mr Raghavan was amazing, he explained the surgery to me in great detail and kept me at ease, I am so pleased with my results, they are so much better than I ever could have imagined. On the day of surgery the nurses where so lovely and kind and made sure I was okay before and after.

If you are thinking of having a rhinoplasty/septoplasty, I would definitely recommend Pall Mall & Mr Raghavan! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and a big thankyou to the everyone at Pall Mall for making me feel so much more confident in myself 💗

Choosing Pall Mall Medical (Manchester location) has been a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process has been made incredibly easy, thanks to the wonderful team of professionals who work there.

Mamuna Arshad, in particular, has been an absolute delight to work with. She has kept me informed and updated every step of the way. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The level of care and attentiveness she has provided is truly exceptional!

Additionally, Dr. Chloe Wrïght, the surgeon who will be performing my gender affirming procedure, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. She has also taken the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and address any concerns I may have had. Her reassurance has done wonders to put my mind at ease about the upcoming surgery.

I can honestly say that the team at Pall Mall has made this potentially daunting experience feel like a fun, informative, and seamless process. Their commitment to patient care and satisfaction is unparalleled from previous experiences elsewhere, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be in their capable hands.

"An excellent experience"

An excellent experience from booking/reception to seeing a GP having not been able to get an appointment quickly with my own GP. This is how going to the Doctors should be😀

"Tummy tuck. Amazing! "

From the very start, all the costs and detailed discussions were given straight away for a tummy tuck. I had a fantastic consultant, Nikki, who made me feel at ease, reassured me, and gave me all the info I needed. It was straightforward, and I also met the surgeon on the consultation date too Dr Prasad.
I attended the Manchester Pall Mall but my surgery was at their Newton le willows site.

On the day, it was calm and resuring. I met all the different nurses, anaesthetists and team who would be performing my tummy tuck.

I went into surgery with a positive experience and after woke up to lots of support.
The support given during my stay was fantastic and I left the next day feeling confident with the advice given.

Afyer care so far has been brilliant and I'm looking forwards to seeing the results even if they're already massive.

I would like to thank the team at Pall Mall and I would use or recommend them to others.

"This is not my first review for pall…"

This is not my first review for pall mall, I was called and asked if I would take my first one down and they will get everything sorted out, well that was a lie, so here’s my 1st review (Where do I start been trying to speak to certain people at pallmall re my revision surgery, I went to to them via my insurance after transform went bust, I had revision in October 2023, with pallmall although my surgery went well and I had no complaints at the time, all was good, 6 to 7 months down the line when everything settled my results are exactly the same pre surgery, I've called and called and called again and I'm just being fobbed off, saying someone will ring me back, me and my surgeon both agreed that revision is the best case forward that was 2 months ago, I'm sorry but that's not good enough they should be contacting me for surgery dates, I shouldn't be chasing them for anything they have been paid for something that has made no difference to my concerns, so basically ! went through surgery for 0 results, absolutely shocking.

So after this i had another phone call to say that my consultant was going to take me as a private patient and do my revision and that he would like to see me again first, I went to my appointment today and was basically being fobbed off by the consultant saying my insurance that paid for my revision surgery only paid for one lot of revision, so what I don’t understand is if my insurance paid for my surgery wouldn’t that mean the after care and also revision if needed was included. It says on pall mall website you get 2 years aftercare and revision if needed included, well that is definitely not the case I found the consultant quite rude to me, speaking very loud over me and telling me there is a slight difference in my surgery photos, there is 0 difference I know my own body, I am completely disgusted with how I’ve been treated. If I went in and was paying for my revision surgery I’m sure they would agree to it then. So apparently I’m being sent to another surgeon for a 2nd opinion to see if he thinks the surgery is necessary, I’ll more than likely have to chase for that appointment as well. I’ve been passed from pillar to post for months and been lied too saying there going to do my surgery then now trying to fob me off. Stay clear from here shocking company. I will be taking this further. My last revision was totally pointless so basically I had the trauma of going for another operation for nothing.
