My husband has had top surgery with Pall Mall and I am so pleased with how it has gone, the team have been so incredibly supportive and helpful, when we had concerns post op they responded quickly and with great advice specifically tailored to his needs. I am so grateful to have been a part of this experience with him and to have helped with his recovery. It was fantastic to see him after the dressings had come off after his 9th day appointment and seeing him now, just over 6 weeks post op he is so much happier with himself. "Fantastic Experience"

I had known that I’d wanted top surgery for about 15 years before I felt I was in a good position to get it done, my wife, family and friends have been supportive of me and those closest to me encouraged me to take the private route as the NHS wait lists are only getting longer. I chose Pall Mall because I had previously heard of the work being done by Kate and Chloe and I knew that they are good surgeons with a wealth of experience in the field. Having the two consultations before hand helped me feel more comfortable and prepared going into the surgery, it was great to have met most of the team who would be performing the procedure and they really put me at ease and gave me plenty of information about how to best get ready. The day of the surgery everything went as planned, I was very happy with what I could see of myself afterwards. I had a lot of help from my wife over the following 10 days, making sure I wasn’t overstretching and that I was well fed and hydrated. I was overjoyed when I had the dressings off after 9 days and I could fully see the shape that my chest was going to be. Another week on and with the swelling almost completely gone I am so incredibly happy to be able to walk around without a shirt on at home or go out without pain and wearing the tank tops and t-shirts that never quite looked how I wanted with a binder but they do now. I am so thankful for everything that Kate, Chloe, Mamuna and the whole Pall Mall team have done for me!
