"Not very good service at all"

After having a phone consultation with the doctor eight days ago I have heard nothing back, I've emailed, phoned, left numerous messages with reception and all I've been told is they are very busy. I am not impressed and feel I have wasted money and time. I was told it was a very quick process from consultation to booking an MRI scan within a few days but so far I've been well and truly ignored.

"The staff at Manchester branch were amazing "

The staff at Manchester branch were very kind and accommodating, the echocardiogram physiologist was pleasant and kind. Dr Sultan Cardiologist is the kindest man I have met as a consultant, despite issues arriving late and having to reschedule part of the appointment he took time to come out and personally talk to me. Compassion at its best. After 28 years of ill health we have been around a-lot of consultants and clinics, it was non clinical and clean and pleasant . A really refreshing experience for my daughter and I . Thank you all.

"Incredible Staff, Excellent Experience, Cannot Recommend Enough!!"

I had my top surgery at the Warrington clinic on Friday- the entire experience on the day cannot be praised enough. Between the helpful staff, the communication from Chloë Wright and Kate Williams, and the general atmosphere of the entire department, I couldn’t recommend Pall Mall Medical enough.

Even before reaching my surgery date, Pall Mall offered so much support and communication, particularly through Mamuna Arshad who was there to help me from the very beginning of my journey. This excellent service has been consistent and left me entirely at ease throughout the whole process; I cannot imagine getting better support elsewhere. Whether it was asking a general enquiry, needing reassurance, or just making sure I had everything I needed, Mamuna was there every step of the way, and still continues to be.

I will always be incredibly grateful for all of the help Pall Mall Medical provided me with, even now that my surgery date has passed. I can only encourage others to use this company and will absolutely be recommending them to my other transgender friends seeking the same surgery.
