"Pall Mall 5 stars"

Today I book a consultation to see one of the doctors at Pall Mall today and I can’t get over the incredible service at Pall Mall! The girls through WhatsApp were so lovely and helpful. Especially Lauren Cobb she rang me this morning and went through everything with me. Lauren was so friendly and kind and she put my mind ease as well as made me feel really comfortable regarding the process. Excellent service and can’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait to continue my journey with them!

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND "

I do not recommend the Pallmall clinic, one of the doctors destroyed my body leaving huge scars! They do not want to give me even half of the money for the damage they did to me! I used the services of another clinic to improve what was destroyed because I could not look at the scars and ugly breasts! I was told that the scars can spread because it is the fault of my skin / it is not elastic. The scars were cut out in another clinic and the breasts were improved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES AT PALLMALL!!!

Great and effective service by Pall Mall. I was seen promptly and my issue (problematic looking mole, for which I’d been referred by GP) was sorted within 5 minutes. Service was effective and professional.

Very friendly and efficient, booking was easy, and the location is handy for the city centre and rail network. Most importantly though I felt I had very helpful, supportive, and professional advice/ assessment; which is exactly what you want when you visit a medical practice.

Booked a private appointment with a cardiologist as I have been on the nhs waiting list for 12 months. Dr Sultan made me feel listened to and explained everything in detail. He explained what tests I would need to have and what the diagnosis could be and gave reassurance.

Nothing but kind, helpful and friendly staff, from the first phone call of enquiry all the way through my appointments and scan. The results came through quickly so there was no waiting anxiously for weeks. It was a great relief to have peace of mind. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Pall Mall.

"Dr Krishnan, Staff & After Care Service are amazing! "

I recently have had a breast augmentation at Pall Mall with Dr Krishnan, and I cannot fault the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, the care has been outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and supported, both on the day of my surgery and during all my pre-op appointments.

For anyone considering this procedure and thinking about going abroad think twice! The care and aftercare provided by Pall Mall are worth every penny. Knowing that their is dedicated care team is always available and being able to meet with your surgeon multiple times before your operation is so reassuring to making sure choosing the right size implant.

A massive thank you to Chloe, Tanisha, and Arielle for their lovely support along the way, you have all made this experience so much nicer, and I’m truly grateful for the care ive had,

"Non-existent appointments"

Went to book a flu vaccine online. Got as far as confirming the date and time when I was told I couldn't proceed and had to call them. Spoke to a pleasant lady who wasn't aware that Pall Mall even offered flu vaccines at all. I was kept on hold for several minutes while she enquired with someone whether they had any vaccines in stock, then was told I'd get a call back to tell me whether or not they had any. Of course the call back never happened. I'm not sure why this company would offer vaccines that you can't book and that maybe don't exist at all.
