My wife and I had an appointment at the St Paul’s Square Medical Practice recently.
Dr West was really professional and took her time to explain throughout.
She recommended treatment which is ongoing.
Pauline, the kind lady on reception even stayed late for us and was very pleasant.
I would like to thank both of them for their professionalism and making us feel very welcome.

I had breast augmentation in April 2023 - and quite honestly I am absolutely appalled by the co-ordinates ESPECIALLY who work here.


As time went on my boobs started to not look right or feel how I wanted them to be. I contacted pallmall who quickly got me seen with DR Prasad again and he was in agreement for my surgery to be redone DUE TO loose skin and them not being full and a large gap between.

I am now over 6 month down the line after that consultation in January I have been passed from pillar to post because ‘staff keep leaving’ no wonder🫤, (as far as I was aware after seeing my surgeon I just needed booking back in for my surgery but it clearly isn’t that simple)

I have had to explain everything over and over to different people about my situation, I’ve been promised call backs that have never happened. I explained I get married this July to which I was reassured everything would be sorted before then…..

I have recieved a response from apparently the ‘revisions team’ which is the only response I’ve been having back from everyone I’ve spoken to as to what is happening with regards to my surgery being redone - they’re telling me I need to pay again as apparently the side affects were mentioned at my initial consultation - LIES (probably a lack of communication between each other AGAIN!)

I genuinely just feel robbed. I saved and saved to ensure I could have an insecurity fixed but now I still have the insecurity and am 6.5k lighter. It shouldn’t be like this at all! The organisation of the staff is absoloutly appalling.


Severly upsetting when you put your trust and health in someone’s hands for them to just act like it’s nothing!!

I was promised allsorts of aftercare etc and had absoloutly nothing- quick enough to get my first surgery booked though and take my money!!!

Really unfair that such a ‘reputable’ company can do something like this…..

simply upset, angry and disheartened.

"Breast augmentation "

Everything has been brilliant from start to finish, I had breast augmentation 6 weeks ago with Dr Hussain, my coordinator was Kate and my post op nurse was ?Noma sorry I forget now, she was delightful and so caring in the few hours I was recovering in the hospital following the surgery. The ODP and the anaesthetist were also brilliant, putting me at ease when I was really nervous and scared pre surgery. Dr Hussain has a relaxed and knowledgable approach and I have felt confident throughout, can’t believe I didn’t get them done sooner, thank you all so much
