Staff so courteous, kind & professional. The work ethic is a pleasure to observe. All staff attentive & always made you feel comfortable. Staff are an asset to the health service.

NO AFTERCARE

Be VERY careful using pallmall, I had an uplift with implant and got very sick 24 hours after my op, I was sent to 111 and had an ambulance out. Unfortunately they burdened me onto the NHS despite paying £8300. Would absolutley not recommend to a soul. Read up on aftercare or speak to people who have had surgery with them. Extremely worrying a surgery clinic that doesn’t offer an emergency department, probably my own fault for going into this naively I just expected it to be a given.

"Lack of customer service"

I have left my details on 3 occasions now over a one week period and been told that someone would contact me about my enquiry. This has never happened. On the fourth occasion, I was told in very rude way that as the phone lines were busy, id been put through to reception and she was unable to do anything or help in anyway. Understandable, so i tried to explain that id rang the main number and pressed 1 for bookings so wasn’t sure why I was put through to there, the lady spoke over me and said she can’t help so I can leave a message or not. I didn’t bother- the other 3 hadn’t reached the correct place and with the lack of interest from this final call, I didn’t hold any hope.

I am 1 week post op having had a breast Augmentation with Dr prazad and his team from start of my journey till now has been the best it could be I am very happy with my results and it was all so quick and easy from making the first step having a consultation to having my per op and surgery I'd highly recommend anyone who is thinking about having a procedure done to go here I am so happy and can't thank you all enough for what you have done for me.

The first thing I noticed was that the clinic was very clean and everyone was so nice and made me feel relaxed and welcome I don’t have one complaint but I do have lots of praise .

"What can I say apart from WOW"

What can I say apart from WOW, this has been one of my best experiences in medical care. I had dreamed about having the surgery for such a long time and what I imagined the experience to be like… WELL it was above and beyond from start to finish. When you enter and speak to reception, the girls are just lovely, smiley and professional, The patient co-ordinators are knowledgeable and so professional, nothing is too much trouble. The surgeons are patient and treat you like a human being and don’t read from a script! There is genuine patient care. The hospital stay was LUSH, lovely food, comfy beds and OMG a Duvet. Clean rooms with a en-suite and tv, with your own heating preferences. I would highly recommend Pall Mall to friends and family.

The aftercare is amazing I have seen 2 lovely nurses Maxine and Diane and they are just WOW they really do care and put your mind to rest and make you feel reassured when worried and no question feels silly.

I highly recommend this hospital after extensive research this place topped it for everything nothing came close.

I will definitely be using them again in the future, I only write reviews when things need to be said that are AMAZING.

Had a really great experience from start to finish, my sister also went here and had the same great experience from Consultation to post op appointments also the nurses were wonderful and made me feel really relaxed on my op day, I would definitely recommend going here.

"Top Surgery"

I had top surgery with Pall Mall and the whole team there were really great. Mamuna, Chloe and Kate were so lovely and reassuring, and the results have been brilliant.
