From enquiry to aftercare everyone was so kind and supportive. Absolutely loved that my surgeon was open and honest with me gave me the confidence to go ahead with the operation after many, many years of consideration. Would highly recommend them. They are always there at the end of the phone to help with questions, queries and lots of support.

Excellent service from Pall Mall, I was kept up to date from
My first consultation with my patient coordinator. The surgeon was really thorough and the surgery went well.
The after care from the nurses straight after the operation was amazing.
The hospital was lovely and clean, the private rooms were very spacious.

"Breast Reduction - Couldn’t be Happier!"

I have spent many years researching and waiting for the day I could afford a Breast Reduction. I’d known I wanted to come to Pall Mall due to its location, reviews and previous experience with them as a Dermatology patient.

I first spoke to someone in August 2024 (I believe her name was Lauren?) she was fantastic and was able to provide me so much information about the surgery from the get go.
She then booked me in for a free consultation with Mr Prasaad. I researched him as a surgeon and felt happy with all the information provided by Pall Mall.
I first saw him in September 2024, a great consultation and I felt like he knew what I wanted better than myself.

I met Natalie - my patient coordinator, who was super reassuring and lovely and offered me the available dates, costs etc.
She sent everything via WhatsApp and I took the time to come away from the clinic, before contacting her to confirm my surgery date in October.
My surgery date came around quick, I had my pre op about 4 weeks before which was effortless.

On surgery day, I was able to bring my mum to my room which I was so grateful for.
I was comfy on the bed watching Netflix when my nurses - Noni and Diane were doing all the paperwork with me.
Next thing I was off to surgery, everybody made me feel so comfortable (I’ve never been a patient in hospital before so was very nervous) but the excitement definitely took over!

Next thing I woke up, was kept warm and comfortable and wheeled back to my room. Given lovely food and regular checks & my mum in my room with me made everything feel better.

Following surgery I had some slow recovery to one side and have been at the clinic once a week. Looked after by Kate and Diane, they have been phenomenal. The care from the clinic has been second to none and I never feel worried about contacting patient care to ask questions or make sure things are looking how they should be.

I genuinely feel cared for and it’s been worth every hard earned penny. I can’t recommend Pall Mall enough.

"Customer Service Awful"

Bloods booked in for me and my husband arrived reception and Nurse taking blood pleasant. Husband got results within an hour or two I did not. After chasing my results there was problem with sample can you come back. About an hour before leaving for next appointment to give blood. Telephone call can we change your appointment we are really busy. I said sorry no as I was getting a lift. Told me would check and call back. Which no body did. Arrived bloods were taken. No results the next day. Late in the afternoon call for my husband seeing if he still wants blood tests doing. Obviously no communication in house. I said I am still waiting for my results. Oh will check and come back to you. Did not call back but got an email an hour or so later with a few things mentioned which is always worrying in black and white. Had an email asking to fill in an survey regarding visit. None attached and I did eventually find one and filled it in no response. Another email from a guy I told him I was not happy with the service provided. His reply someone will get back to you. Another week emailed him again still no response. Hence one star staff pleasant Customer Service when paying for something is awful. Still no response.

I only received my results because I had to chase them otherwise I am sure I would still be waiting. Regarding telephone calls we have still been getting them even today (26/10/2024) Also no one has ever replied to my emails.

All staff that I have encountered have been absolutely lovely, helpful and kind, will be glad to return if I need !!
Atmosphere is so much better than other medical centres which definitely helped any anxiety !!

Amazing experience from start to finish, recently had breast augmentation at Pall Mall with Dr Krishnan. Absolutely over the moon with my results, my coordinator Nikita was fab she always went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. Definitely recommend- thank you so much! X
