"No item and no refund"

Ordered clubs almost 2 months ago, they have given tracking numbers that have been delivered to Sweden when I am in the UK. Not responding to emails. Even requested a refund and nothing. I would stay away from this company.

If lying to your customers is considered good then we'll done Nordicagolf. Shocking customer service with changing stories everytime I ask where my order is... its been posted. Sorry no its now being posted. Tracking reference provided shows 10 days later no trace of being ever sent.... worst customer service I have ever encountered. Openly telling their customers lies!!!!!

Golf clubs were shipped quickly and have arrived in good quality and as expected
One issue is that shipping is longer than expected, expect any deliveries to the UK to take 10-14 days
Don’t think this is a nordica problem though, my clubs were stuck in Denmark customs for 5 days before coming to the Uk, annoying at first seeing no progress for that long but undertstood once it moves through and process once in UK was very quick.
