"Awful communication"

Awful communication with me for the delivery of a wedge I brought. I had to chase them to ask when my order would arrive for them to say when I brought the item it was off sale which the website didn’t state at the time.
I had to chase again to find out when it would be delivered to receive a very underwhelming reply.
From purchase to delivery was over two weeks.
Sorry but not good enough service.

I was sceptical reading the previous reviews, but I have been so impressed. I ordered a set of clubs and within 7 days they were delivered, perfect condition and I’m thrilled.

Truly awful experience. Customer service is non-existent . I rang he number on their web site and it is a Solar Panel Company trying to sell you solar panels for your home. I ordered 3 shafts 2 weeks ago and everything was as described , product and delivery. Increased my order to complete the full set 5 shafts last week, no communication , when I pressed on the matter via email I got a shipping number and it showed they did nothing for 4 days from the day of my order, yet they promise 3/4 days to deliver. The package is now frozen in time , with no exact date for delivery.
