Placed an order 11 days ago with the items showing as in stock (golf grips). I contacted the company after a week to see when it was going to be shipped and haven't heard anything back. Poor service and want my money back or the products paid for / not even sure if they're genuine.

I got an initial email back to a query on an order but asked to cancel an order before it had even been despatched.
They ignored this and multiple further emails and sent the order out regardless. They have ignored my emails asking to arrange a return and refund, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Terrible experience. Returned the product without opening the box. Emailed to confirm they received it and got told they haven't had time to pick it up yet, but it was delivered to a delivery point nearby. Emailed again a week later and no reply this time... two weeks later and the product is returned to me with a sticker "not claimed". Now down the product cost + shipping cost for the return. Local customer service line is "number does not exist" and if you call the main line it says to email. Scammed for 250eu
