"Not the best"
I ordered an item from this company with VAT paid and this is shown on the invoice. DHL refuses to deliver until I pay VAT as the company does not seem to have done so. Both I and DHL have contacted this company via email but they refuse to answer apart from the first time when they said they would sort it out. I have tried calling the UK number but that turns out to be some solar power funding company and nobody answers the Swedish phone number.
I posted a message on their facebook page to try and contact them, only for them to remove it within a minute.

Don't use.
Their website doesn't overtly tell you they are based in Sweden (even when ordering on a .co.uk website). This isn't a problem unless you need to send something back, which we did, because we ordered a "right-handed" set of clubs and a "left-handed" set were sent.
When placing an order, the order confirmation email doesn't confirm what you have bought, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't need to challenge what they sent versus what we received.
When the wrong clubs arrived, the personal details of the last customer who had received the same clubs in error, were written on the box - their name, address and phone number, along with a note explaining that they too had ordered "right-handed" clubs and "left-handed" clubs arrived.
When we wrote to Nordica Golf (in English), an email came back to us written in Swedish, which we then had to translate, telling us we were wrong and we had ordered "left-handed" clubs...but we couldn't dispute this as we have no evidence of the order as the email we received confirming the order, only confirms an order was placed, and not what the order is.
Sending the golf clubs back has cost me £31 shipping fees.
The final cheek, was them asking us to lie on the customs form and say the goods were worth 100SEK (about £8) as they didn't want to get charged import duty.
I'm not sure where this will end, but I suspect I won't be seeing the full £167 (and additional £31 shipping costs) I spent with them.

Ordered a custom shaft and price in UK was significantly more so decided to give these guys a go even after reading negative reviews, as well as positive ones.
Item came as described, fits perfectly with the club head and quality workmanship as an adapter needed to be fitted to the shaft.
Delivery was fast and as described in the order.

"Buyer beware if something goes wrong."
I recently bought my second replacement shaft for my G25 driver. The first time I used Nordica I received the shaft perfectly fitted. The problem this time is that the adapter fitted did not fit my club head, despite being advertised on line as fitting the drivers in the G series, it actually was only compatible with the newer G series club heads.
Instead of returning the shaft to them for a re-fit I offered to try to solve the problem myself in the UK by asking for the correct adapter to be sent by Nordica in the post. As I felt the advert was unintentionally misleading I asked for the new adapter to be sent to me without further payment. Nordica said that they would only send on new adapter if I paid for one, despite the fact that I was offering to save them time and money by not returning the club for a re-fit. It seems that Nordica are a good bet for a new shaft as long as nothing goes wrong. Buyer beware!

"Deceit and shambles"
This company is a simple and utter disgrace, right from its first impression - that it is UK-based - onwards.
An order placed on a Friday was not parcelled up until the following Tuesday. I was told it would arrive with me on the Saturday at the latest. It arrived the following Tuesday.
BEWARE - THEY SIMPLY DO NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS.
BEWARE: UPS - THEIR COURIER - ARE ALSO A SHAMBLES.
