Golf clubs turned up 5 days late. Customer service replied to my email 2 days after sending and washed their hands of it.
Usual ‘ covid is delaying everything’ excuses which are wearing line these days. Even a set of cheap golf balls sent to show the appreciation as a customer isn’t offered. Won’t use again pure because of the lack of empathy and I’m clearly just another number and not a customer

They need to improve their delivery & customer service. The product was late to ship, I was only advised after I emailed to find out why it hadn't shipped. Delivery to France then took 2 weeks, not the 3-5 days they advertise. Late or non shipment seem a regular event judging by the comments on here. The product did eventually arrive and is fine, but I'm not sure I'll be using them again, other suppliers are available without the hassle.

"Good clubs shame about the communication."
I had to wait 23 days from the day I ordered to when I received my clubs, coming from Sweden I suppose is ok. Communication is nonexistent,each week I sent an email only to be told "sorry but we've been hit by Covid, we didn't have the clubs in stock to we've got the clubs now and we will email you when we are sending them. I only knew I was getting the clubs when I received an email from DHL. The quality of the clubs are very good and they were to my specifications. Overall the clubs are very good, communication very poor.

Bit of a delay on the order for my shaft, but I contacted them and they replied within 24hr. They said that the midsize grips were on backlog and whether they could use a normal grip with extra tape. I said yes and it was shipped within 2 days, so overall good service.
