Compré hace 1 semana un Bulgary Chrono y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva.
Me contactaron muy poco tiempo después de dejar mis datos, la persona que se comunicó conmigo fue muy amable y me explicó las especificaciones del producto que estaba buscando correctamente. El envío ha sido rápido y el producto ha llegado en muy buen estado.

So would you buy a Rolex submariner for nearly 10,000 euros and be a delighted customer if the clasp would not fasten when you received it ?
Perhaps the seller could help you resolve the problem so you could wear the watch ?

They effectively told me that I should expect problems from a vintage watch as sometimes they even fall off and they would not take any action even though they had inspected the watch and bracelet.
So they were aware that there was an issue but didn’t bother to tell me!
Call that what you like........ but it certainly means that customer service isn’t a priority and despite trying to work with them I have been wished a good day and offered nothing else
So will I be buying my next watch through Chronoecpert?
That is a resounding No!
Would I recommend them? You decide!

contrary to website, my watch had not been through a thorough checking process and arrived not correctly functioning, on a tatty old strap. 3 months later it finally returned repaired. Poor communication throughout. I have even given them a week to respond to an email detailing my concern prior to posting this. I would not use them again.

Update:Without addressing any of my concerns they have requested I remove this review!
