I've been on it for almost three weeks now. First my desired watch was sold while it was still on the site. Then I was approached that she still had found. I immediately received the invoice ordered and also paid immediately. I was then kept on the line for 10 days and would receive the tracking number any time. Then after 10 days after repeated requests it was admitted that this watch was also sold!!!. They promised to find a new one. That also lasted 5 days and after repeated requests they once again admitted that they had not succeeded. In the meantime, I've been trying to get my money back for 3 days now. But no one responded to phone or email!!!

almost 5 weeks later. total against their terms and promises only received €1,000. remaining amount of €11,000 still not received. now in talks with a lawyer from Bilbao. they treat their customers well until they get the money. the service after that is worse than bad. İ will keep update!
