Above all she detailed all about the processes that are used and provided all the info required very efficiently and responded quickly
furthermore she listened to all updates made to my property and acknowledged my input and i must say it was a very pleasing satisfactory visit and in am delighted ,,,,,, especially compared to some past companies i have dealt with.
Excellent personality and also having patience with older people like myself ... wish more were like this

"Uncommunicative Estate Agents"

I put a bid in on a property this week of asking price. Later that day I missed a phone call from an estate agent asking me to call back to discuss the bid. I called back a few minutes later to be his colleague that he was on another line and he would call me back right after.
I didn’t receive a phone call until 24 hours later when I was unfortunately in a meeting, and therefore I missed the call. 2 minutes later they just rejected the bid on the system.
There was no communication on why, whether someone else had bid earlier, whether I had been outbid or some other issue with my bid, and it appears the estate agent had been too lazy to leave a voicemail or email to let me know whatever message he had about my bid.

Purple bricks had put minimum effort into the marketing of this property as informed to us by the owner, and it appears they were also putting minimal effort into any attempts to discuss with buyers.

Valuation lasted 15 mins! Was not boring and was straight to the point! When you have a busy day ahead this is the last thing I wanted to stress about! I even have time now to leave a review!

From any worries and just needing extra information Dylan was always happy to help and getting back in touch with myself so quickly . Making this a much easier process.

The appointment was conducted on time despite having no mobile signal. The agent continued to try and connect even though we were unable to make contact. He continued to message me until we were able to find a signal.
This is the only downside of virtual appointments when the mobile signal is poor.
