"Horrendous service"

From the moment payment for the sales package (£999) was made, service has been non existent. In summary:
The sales agent Ryan Norton did not turn up for the valuation. Two message were sent to him, but it took him over a week to reply. A cancellation form was submitted a week ago requesting a refund, as we were within the 14 day cooling off period, but we have had no response from this. Three messages through the website have been sent requesting a call back, a week on and no one has been in touch. Two seperate complaint emails have been sent, no response from these and no contact number is available for the complaints department. Phone calls to other departments have been made, in an attempt to be put through to the complaints team, but all say they do not have a number to be able to transfer you through to. Although I appreciate you give yourselves 15 days in which to respond to a complaint, the fact that no one has been in touch in response to the cancellation, or requests for a call back is unacceptable.
