Communication is terrible.
Second time dealing with purple bricks and found to be dishonest when asking for updates.
The app doesn't work great as nobody appears to update with what is going on with properties you are interested in.
Forced to use a mo eye laundering check at a cost to the buyer even if that check is carried out per regulation buy the purchasers solicitor.
Further more all yhe I formation you are giving is going to a company based outside of the UK and considering it's personal information I don't think this should be the case
