I purchased an electric guitar for my son for Christmas, it was reasonably priced, good quality and delivery was quick. The website offered a good range of instrument over various price points. Also went to a PMT store after Xmas to purchase some accessories for said guitar and the staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company again!

Joey in the Leeds store was great with me when I went in over the weekend. Gave me a good amount of time to browse guitars after not playing since I was a teenager. Naturally I was anxious to go into the store with a small amount of knowledge.

I picked out an LTD guitar and he helped me fit a whole new set of strings to my preference, installed the straplocks and helped me pick out a case suitable for my needs as well as some beginner advice. I suffer with really bad ocd and even making some adjustments to my new guitar was not too much trouble for him.

Will be back shortly to get a quality amp and pedals and will hopefully have this lad working on the day.

I have been told I can buy online guitar products then bring them in to the Manchester shop for help and information on how to use them. This is important as an older guitarist not good at technology
