This company is appalling. I applied, knowing the fee, for an enhanced service. What I got was delays, no response and a lack of delivery. They sent me a "format" to fill out that was so corrupted that it could not be completed. Despite numerous chasers over two weeks, I still have not heard. The people that run this company should be ashamed of themselves. If you cannot deliver, say you cannot or at the very least offer something in response to those who try to work with you. Currently sat in their queue "waiting to speak to a representative". Perhaps calling out their disgusting service on Trust Pilot will get me a response. DO NOT USE!!!!

"Absolute disgrace"

Absolute disgrace, shocking that during these times a company can blatantly rip people off. I have a one off job to make some extra money as I have been furloughed then made redundant during this pandemic already and now I am charged £89.00 for something that clearly states is £23.00, making my efforts almost pointless. There is no contact, no response via email, nothing. Absolute worthless pathetic bunch of scammers that should be ashamed of their actions. I hope you guys can live with yourselves.

"On Wednesday 20/1/2021"

On Wednesday 20/1/2021, I thought that I was on the Government DBS web site. It certainly gives one that clear impression. I thought that they were going to charge me £23-00 for their checking service. I proceeded to supply personal information:- driving licence details, passport numbers etc. They took £89-00 out of my account, which my bank, Nationwide, says cannot be recovered. They did supply almost instantly a DBS report, which may or may not be valid? What worries me, apart from being tricked, is whether they can do me any further damage with the privileged information they now possess?

Scam!!! I was looking to get a DBS check for a job I was applying for and this website came top on google search. It said it would be £23 on the website. I go to check my bank account and it says £89 has gone out! I contacted them immediately and got no response. I would like a full refund and to cancel this DBS check.

Completed an online basic DBS Check online, At payment stage it did not say the Total amount to pay ?
The check was £23, The web site was not clear at all regarding the company fee and to be honest it looked like a Government site to me,Maybe im a bit dumb or just mislead ? The day after i checked my online banking to find that the said company had charged a total of £89, That was a £66 fee !! I immedietly sent them an email to which they offered my £19 refund, I obviously refused and subsequently offered £49 refund, I accepted and the Money was immedietly refunded, On the positive side they did respond quickly plus i did receive the DBS
