UPDATE, I received an email with a printable benefits card. Actually, very impressed with the prompt response and it has phone numbers with 24/7 response. Im extremely happy and pleased that my concern was read and taken care of right away. Way to go World Nomads, excellent job!

Booking experience on line was easy. I received email communication with receipt right away. Only complaint is not find an option to print a coverage card with emergency contact number to keep with my travel documents. The phone number I found on your site says call collect. That makes me uneasy if a medical emergency arises will I get assistance
