It took one week to get a response to my email.

I purchased a plan where I was emailed the correct payment receipt BUT the policy sent is for a different plan. I have emailed World Nomads without a response. When I called, they told me to email. Not impressed traveling with the wrong policy. No help now most likely means no help if I need to use the plan

The agent who was assigned to my call was rude and condescending. It was so shocking and demeaning that I spoke to management.
Management was respectful and listened to my complaint. I never heard if anything was done. I spoke to a second agent that was lovely
