Have purchased twice now from Paintnuts. Product is excellent and a quick delivery.

Ordered a 3 in 1 kit, arrived next day but missing the primer and lacquer. Phoned up and the missing items arrived next day. Can't fault the customer service. The paint match is pretty much spot on too!

The paint did not arrive in time I wasted paying extra for next day delivery will never use this company again

Selected four colour codes from there on line system, waited three weeks and no order arrived.

Emailed the customer device team my reply back was that they couldn't mix three of the four colours and they had refunded my payment.

I emailed back asking about the paint that they could mix as of yet not had no reply.

A trade customer lost.

As stated by others their system doesn't work and they send out the wrong paint. They then compound the issue by blaming the buyer when all you do to order the paint is put in your car reg - they then select the correct paint or not as the case may be.
