They sent me a wonderful coupon, however I had already ordered, so they refunded me the value of the coupon (no other company would do that)!!! I love this company and their products.

Paint on the bottom is coming off. The customer service for the company is robotic and non existent. I wasted my money and no longer going to waste my time trying to get any kind of satisfactory response from them. Pay a little more and use another company for your hydrogen water bottle.
