"The price is ok but they do not offer…"

The price is ok but they do not offer glass insurance when you sign up. Had 2 BAD hail storms and 2 times they did not offer glass ins. just wanted to start another claim and it just happens that the windshields were $20.00 cheaper than the 250.00 deductable. Will be looking further into other companies that offer glass ins at a very small price

I've been with Say for about 2 years no accidents made payments mostly on time. After the first year my rates increased, but at the beginning of the second year they were lowered. I haven't had any issues with Say and every once in a while they will send goodies. Anytime I had to make an arrangement because of when my payday hit and I couldn't have the payment in until later everyone was so nice and professional. I've referred several people to Say, unfortunately there isn't a referral program. But I will continue to refer people because the rates are low and the customer service is good.
