I love this company.
From the very beginning, they have been amazing. I signed up in 2019 on the website and accidentally put the wrong routing number, resulting in cancelation the next business day. I emailed and explained what happened, gave them the correct routing number, and have been pleased with them ever since. I also like the nice little touches like cards on my birthday and customer anniversary. It's silly, but it's fun. I've also used the roadside assistance a couple of times with no problems at all. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and I love that they automatically review at renewal instead of me having to ask for a different rate.

I have had them for 3 years and no issues. Always friendly when I have had to call. Love the roadside. The only thing I wish I could do is change payment date.

Say insurance is great!! I've been with the company for 5-6 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it, They are a great insurance company! Very easy to setup, make changes.
Only issue is not having renters or home insurance.

My vehicle broke down while on a trip and had to purchase another vehicle. Was able to get my coverage switched with a simple phone call. Very helpful when your stuck out of town.

I'm fairly new to SAY, but so far I'm impressed with the fact that they easily beat the premium of my last auto policy. Also...I have renewed once & there was absolutely no rate increase (that is something I never saw with my last policy). Unreasonable rate increases were the primary reason I searched for a new carrier. Not only was SAY cheaper, but it also had some slightly better coverages. If they continue this way, I don't foresee any need to shop for a new company in the future. I just wish they offered a Homeowners policy to go with my auto policy. I have already recommended SAY to a couple other people.
