While I have not had to make a claim - which is the true test of an insurance policy - I have had an excellent experience with getting questions answered and receiving a lower cost insurance plan. I recommend Say Insurance as an alternative to the bigger agencies. They make it easy to sign up and reward you for being a customer with lower premiums.
