Say Insurance has been very fair in reducing my rate, it is very appreciated. I have had several quotes and no one can beat you. Considering I don't even travel 20 miles total in a week it could probably be even lower but I am a happy customer. Thank you.

I"m Say Insurance customer for 2.5 years.I have clean driving records. I was completely satisfied before but now it starts increasing the premiums every time I renew the insurance terms. When I talk to them they says it's a nationwide raise, there are more accidents in your area, and so on other reasons. So be aware of that and talk to them in advance. It looks cheaper in the starting period but completely unsatisfied later,

Haven't had to use the insurance as yet, but the experience of purchasing it and the value for money it provided is the best I've come across so far. Paying $27 a month for Say, down from $43 a month with Progressive (My previous insurance).

I really like this insurance company. The first one I've been with that doesn't raise my rates every year, or every time I renew. During lockdown Say did its customers right, knowing people were driving less, they discounted my insurance for that time. Logging on is easy and secure, and renewing is a breeze. Thanks!

Reasonable rates, easy to change or update policy, only thing that would be better is if they would allow you to change your due date after so long if paying on time.

The site isn’t user friendly. You can’t log on without getting a code emailed and then redirected back to log in. Everything is paperless, nothing ever mailed to you for your records. No perks for being loyal.

I have had nothing but good experiences with say insurance since I started with them. I even got a one-year anniversary gift which I thought was awesome, and my insurance has gone down a little bit from what it was when I started. Six dollars a month savings it adds up. I really like my insurance company and I plan on going nowhere.
