"Pretty good experience so far"

Been using Say insurance for two years now. The only insurance company that didn’t increase my rates after the first year based on illogical reasoning like oh your insurance rate increased because of your zipcode. With other multiple insurances my zipcode became an issue after the completion of year 1. I live in a pretty safe suburb.
I didn’t need any claims with say insurance so I cant comment on that. But they are part of a pretty decent group called shelter insurance so Im sure that wont be an issue.

The website is pretty decent and you can make all the changes to your policy.

The customer service is pretty good too. My credit card got blocked due to a fraudulent claim and i missed my auto 6 monthly payment with say insurance. I had an upcharge of $20 for missing the auto payment. They refunded me the extra cost after I explained why i missed the payment.

Pretty satisfied with say insurance. I highly recommend people to try this company.

The only downside is that they are only available in 5-6 states. Hope they can expand soon.

Say Insurance was excellent. When I had a car accident they were quick to handle all expenses. They made my claim smooth from the car rental to the medical bills.

The Agent I had the best help with all my claim both on this incident and another they were very helpful and very knowdgeeable to what i was going thru at this time I did not need to keep calling back to get it settled Thanks for all the help

"Do not use them!"

Heard great things about SAY insurance but honestly I haven’t had a great experience at all. Our car got hit by an Amazon van and there was an eyewitness. SAY didn’t fight for us. The agent just stated “well if they don’t claim fault then there’s nothing we can do.” We NEVER received calls or updates and when asked for updates the agent said “in regards to what?” As well as the agent was very rude when speaking to me. I was told to contact the claim supervisor a week ago and did so. I left a message and my contact information have not heard a single thing from them. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Beyond frustrated with them.

"I was a faithful customer for 3yrs"

I was a faithful customer for 3yrs. I called to get a quote for my son. The agent misunderstood me & assumed that my son lived with me. I received a notice that I had to show proof that my son does not live with me. He couch surfs. Its almost impossible to show his residence anywhere. Because of that Say isn't going to renew my policy.
Also someone filed a 3rd party claim on me. This claim should have been denied by say insurance. It wasn't. Either way because of this 1. 1 claim in 3yrs. They felt it necessary to raise my insurance.. Not just a little but doubled it.
I'm very disappointed in Say the way they treat their loyal customers.
Beware they will flip on you the minute they can. They are not loyal to their customers.

"I'm happy with my decision to use Say…"

I'm happy with my decision to use Say as my dedicated auto insurance company. They are way better than any of the other companies I've trusted with my insurance needs, by far, and they are customer driven. They really go the extra mile to show appreciation to their customers, and seem to care of about my overall satisfaction. I'll be a customer for as long as they are around, and I know that will be a VERY LONG time!! Thanks for the surprise, Say! ;-)

"I am paying insurance from last years…"

I am paying insurance from last years but not complained any claim yet.
review can only define when you get claim without any issue.
Currently is all is well. No issue with insurance and reduce my monthly payment.
