They need to start implementing other payment options, or not making auto pay a requirement. It’s really an inconvenience that they are not able to cancel or postpone auto payments. I’ve had this happen to me on a few occasions where my pay periods don’t Aline with my payment. While yes Perhaps taking a little more responsibility in making sure the appropriate funds are available to be pulled, life does happen and sometimes the reality of things are making late payments sometimes. Would be nice to have that option or peace of mind to postpone when things come up
