I love this insurance. They're cheaper than most n wouldve given 5 stars but am on Soc Security and they say they cant change payment date. So every month I'm overdrawn in my checking account because they say they cant change date. Otherwise have only good things to say about them

Very competitive pricing and the lowest I've found anywhere. Low price does not translate into low quality service. I've had great service from them and they have great customer service. The only reason I took away a star is that we have to either log in on a computer or through a web browser on mobile, and that can be a slow and choppy experience. If they had an app, they would be full 5 stars. In terms of service, cost, and customer service, they are already a 5 star. I gave them a 4 star in user interface because their website is nice and easy to use, but they are lacking an app. They will be overall 5 star once they can produce an app. This website doesn't allow partial stars, but in reality Say Insurance is 4.9, and I would recommend them to everyone.

While we haven't had a claim to report, the few times we did talk with customer service the rep was pleasant and helpful.

My son however has lock his keys in the car a few times and had no problem having someone come out. I have price checked a couple of times and found that I have the best. I appreciate the gift that you get yearly for your continuous service those are things that you could use not just junk

Best rates I've ever seen. I've also never even heard of an insurance company sending a gift of any kind on the anniversary of your coverage date. I've had to use the tow service a few times and it's always been great. Thank you for being there Say!
