This app is a scam i was suppose to receive my item on the 25th of june it's already July and no one from the customer service can even answer my questions about this my order and reference number. This has been so much frustrating for the item you've paid for already.

Hello. I don't know how else to contact you. My reference: 2011421l0ud1lyz1, which I formalized PostNL, for some reason, DHL express was sent. Since DHL in Russia has not accepted any parcels from abroad for more than a year for individuals, my order was deployed back to the sender. I called the DHL and they told me that the parcel was received by the store on June 17th! But no one contacted me! I have been trying to contact the store for a month. I wrote in support, wrote through the site form and here in private messages. I was not answered anywhere.

Very slow and unorganized, the agents do not communicate with eachother about orders and it really hurts their site. Also they will not reach out to you if there is any type of issue with your orders and you will just sit there waiting. Also their shipping prices are crazy. It's totally not worth going over to thier shop, I would rather buy from a second hand scalper than deal with this mess of a shop.

"Otaku Square Cardcaptor Sakura Anime Figure Purchase Experience"

I purchased the Hello Brand New World Cardcaptor Sakura anime figure released by GoodSmile Company through Otaku Square in June of 2020. It arrived a year later in June of 2021. Shipping notification was sent from Otaku Square to me, however the tracking never updated that I saw. When it arrived, the exterior shipping box was water damaged and opened due to that water damage, exposing the bubble wrapped figure inside. There was some extra brown paper filler that kept the figure box stable inside the shipping box, and the bubble wrap appears to have protected the figure box for the most part. The figure box is not pristine, collector's grade though. At any rate, Otaku Square sent out the figure appropriately packaged and it somehow got damaged on it's way to me. I assume the figure is ok, as I haven't actually opened it yet. Otaku Square advertised for this figure on mfc.com and that is where I came to Otaku Square through. At the the time I placed my order, GoodSmile Company had already closed their pre-orders, so Otaku Square was helpful in that aspect. Otaku Square also had a competitive price for this figure.
