Marc Bedford has dealt with my enquiries in the most professional and efficient manner. I first contacted Continal a couple off weeks back for the first time a I own a plumbing and heating company. I had seen good comments regarding Continal on various heating Facebook groups. I gave my design spec to Marc and within 2 hours I had a competitively priced quotation back with dedicated design service attached. From payment of the invoice through to delivery of materials the service has been completely seamless. Marc has helped me at every stage. My materials delivered as promised and very well packed with a laminated A3 CAD design that I can work from on my job. This removes hours from my workload and this a service I am literally going to abuse as it is just brilliant. Not to mention the lovely Cornish Ginger biscuits which my wife absolutely loved. My only request is a packet of biscuits with every order please!!!

We have experienced a great service from Continal and especially Ned Bowden. We had an issue with a blending valve working inconsistently. Ned provided advice and then arranged a replacement very efficiently which helped us plan the work easily and keep our client happy.
