This has been my first purchase of an underfloor heating system and after looking at various other suppliers and receiving a few quotes, I decided to use Continal.

After receiving a very competitive quote, I decided to use Continal based not just the product but also the fantastic guidance I received from their Technical Sales Adviser Nicole Blakeley. Nicole acted very quickly to any changes in my specification, gave sound and quality technical advice and always responded to emails and requests for a phone call very quickly.

This gave me great confidence in the company and was the deciding factor that I was dealing with a fantastic company for both product and for customer service.

I put in a wet UFH system in about 2007. I ordered the parts and put it in myself as a non-specialist. I do have an engineering background which helped a little bit.

The installation went well and I have had no trouble with the system since.

Where Continental really impressed me is with their customer service. I had a good, patient POC when I was doing the ordering and installation. Recently I had to contact them for some paperwork that I really didn't think they would have. Despite there being a 13 year gap since I last dealt with them they were able to help me out within hours. Genuinely astonishing.

I would certainly use them if I ever laid this sort of system again. Customer service is everything.
