Have had my system for over 11 years and been very satisfied. Recently had a minor problem with a thermostat. Got in touch with Continental and, although they did not have a replacement, Marta kindly found the manufacturer and gave me a direct link to their website. The replacement came quickly and all is back to working perfectly. Thanks Marta!

We have had a Continental Underfloor Heating system in our house for over 17 years and from day one it has operated brilliantly. A couple of years ago I needed to separate two circuits that had been linked when we built the house and I spoke to Carol Jordan who was able to provide an additional thermostat and receiver and to explain precisely what I needed to do to install them - which I was easily able to do following her detailed instructions. It worked perfectly first time.
I have just found that one of our rooms was cold so again I phoned and spoke to Carol again and she was able to explain what three possible problems may have caused it and what I should do in order to ascertain which part had failed. Again I followed her detailed instructions and was easily able to identify the faulty component - it turned out to be the thermostat which I can now easily replace.
So ... to have 1 component fail in a complicated system in over 17 years is very impressive and equally impressive is the brilliant help I received from Carol (on both occasions) which enabled me to get everything up and running without the need to call out a local heating engineer.
