I was absolutely amazed concerning the whole process, I did not have a clue what I needed so ended up sending photographs in which in turn I was advised what was wrong and how to fix my heating. Continental followed the whole process through and was there at all times if needed. I want to say a BIG thank you for a brilliant and helpful service.

Exceptional customer service. We had to replace our kitchen UFH system after damage from an escape of water from the kitchen waste. Continal (and in particular Judith) could not have been more helpful in supporting us throughout the whole process, from system design to troubleshooting the final installation. If we ever have to fit UFH again I would buy again from Continal without hesitation

Got the call from Casey after I sent my drawings over to him, they quickly got back to me with a few options for my installation, as I have never fitted underfloor heating before Casey put my mind at ease and nothing was a problem. I received my underfloor pipe work and manifolds when they said it would arrive and the instructions are as clear as you can get, I’ve had a couple of call back from Casey just to check everything is all good.
