I installed a tilefix system in my home a year ago and followed the installation instructions to the letter, tiling directly over the boards. Unfortunately the tiles are now 'lifting' off the base boards mainly in the high use areas but I suspect this will spread throughout the whole floor and the entire Continal system will need to be replaced costing thousands of pounds.
