"Awful experience - do not buy"

I wanted to return the shoes as they did not fit probably but the company would not let me return them. In the end, I have paid almost £15 for a pair of shoes I can never wear - complete scam and I am a very unhappy customer.
Advise people to never shop from this company.

I absolutely love the shoes. I have suffered for over 30 years with extreme foot pain, dur to M.S. These are the first shoes I can stand to put my feet in without dosing up on pain meds first. However when I attempted to get a discount by buying two pair. I was sent a tiny pair of shoes that I can't wear, it was suggested that I not send them back. We are trying to get another pair the right size, I'm afraid I will have to eat their mistake. They are not offering to send a return label nor take the full charge off my bill. I look forward to letting everyone know this matter was taken care of to everyone's liking. To be continued. The shoes are nice but not at what I may end up paying for them

And.....the outdoors wear shoes are GROOVY!
