"Security Phone Installation..."

If this is regarding the installation of an entry phone in my flat, well it took 14 months of complaints before it was sorted. It works now.

"Left unable to lock Front door for 5weeks...."

Front door locking system broken so reported & botched 'repaired' 4 times in 7 months, informed door to be replaced in 7-9 mnths time (next summer/Autumn)..Reported again in middle Dec as unlockable unless 2 people assisted, no-one available for 5 weeks. 1st week of Jan get called to cancel & rebook for following week. 5 weeks with an unlocked front door leading straight out into public path/carpark. Seriously?

Clean up wasn't completed after a job so now I'm having to follow up with phone calls to make sure that's done. Tedious and time consuming.The part of the job that was completed 2 thumbs up - workmen involved were competent and professional.

"I am incredibly disappointed that we…..."

I am incredibly disappointed that we were told recently by RFT that we weren't entitled to new windows because of 'budget constraints' and they said it was unnecessary to fit new windows.

Although we have two children under 3 and have mould that keeps growing because the original windows weren't fitted correctly.

My only problem is the very expensive night storage heaters I seem to spend a fortune and still feel cold
I had more modern heaters installed in 2017 but these are just as expensive and by mid evening are cold
A more efficient form of heating and I would say five stars
