"Flagship are AWFUL!!!"
Flagship are AWFUL!! I reported a repair end of November regarding a leaking ceiling vent which is part of the airvac system. 2 weeks later is was getting worse so I rang again to be told someone will be out the following week this never happened. They eventually came 6 weeks after I 1st reported it to say the filter needs changing but someone else will have to come back and do that! Seriously?! I told them the exact issue send the right person out in the first place! Anyway 2weeks later and I'm still waiting for this to be sorted the leak is getting worse mould is starting to form around the windows due to no air flow. Rang today and the operator said well just put something underneath it to catch the water. Are you shitting me?! That still doesn't resolve the issue! Anyway there meant to be coming out this week to sort it HA we shall see!

Avoid this housing association at all costs they are useless and very rude.
Update!! Well they finally arrived today and all they did was VACCUM the filter not replaced like its meant to be every 6months! House is 3 years old now and never has the filter been changed What a joke!!

Lived in icewell Hill only recently been moved after 3 years . I was subject to a bed sit with a baby until he was 2 and a half . The property had a kitchen which had not been changed since the building was built. Bathroom was the same . After contacting them several times over the years they never changed did any repairs. Instead I was told they could never gain entry although I have no letter to prove they even turned up. I also had a blow heating system witch never worked. Depict this was threatened with court action over boiler repair several times. My son and I were burnt several times due to the water system being so hot it would melt plastic. One account actually led to my son being taken to hospital with 3rd degree burns despite this they still did not fix the problem. When I got somebody to check the taps they never fixed the temperature they switch the taps around s do the cold was labelled hot and the hot was labelled cold!!! After being moved into a new property this year I was told any thing that needed to be changed would be reviewed after 6 weeks. It been 4 month and nothing has been done. The new property had grass as long as my legs with I was told would be cut and has not . There was mold under the wall paper which should have been removed before moving into the property which is still there. There are vents in every ro that are painted open which means I loose heat! And the flooring had been removed and I was left with discussing tile underneath. Although it been highlighted that I should take care of the flooring matter . I have visited my old property In icewell Hill to be completely surprised when I have seen that they have refurbished the whole flat and even put in new flooring. I’m appalled. They even tried to send me a bill for damages considering the property was damaged due to general wear and tear over the years and them not wanting to do anything about it! I am still having issues to this day with flagship. Oh and let me not forget before moving my hous officer informed the council that I had moved before I had even been given the property leasing me in to nearly 1000 pound worth of areas which I had to then spend 5 week resolving before I could continue to bid on property they had left it that long before even informing me of this situation. I have all the email and text which will show how terribly they handle the situation. I mean if all the people to know that I haven’t moved it should be my landlord. For her to directly contact housing benefit and share false information is beyond unprofessional. Never received a apology despite being 4 month pregnant I had no option that to deal with this on going stress . Awful service and no regard for their tennents.

"Don't expect any help"
I moved in with my ailing father to care for him after he had been hospitalised for 2 months , everything was fine with flagship about me moving in, until he was hospitalised a few months later and so Ill ,deemed unable to return home and was put into a care home, I contacted them to let them know his situation and explained he had only weeks to live and I was met at his old rented flat by housing officer tammy Kent who handed me an end of tenency form and asked me to get my father to sign it, no chance of that as he won't understand what he is signing and we haven't told him that he is loosing his home as this would just cause unnecessary stress to him, attached to this form was a list of prices we as a family would be chared if the property was not cleaned and all good removed.I understand fully that I can't expect to keep his 2 bed flat for myself as there is a need for family homes but there has been no help from flagship to help me with housing, I'm expected to hand back his keys on 4th Dec thus making my self homeless, despite constant calls to flagship to get hold of Mrs Kent she is never available, never returns calls and is never in her office, I now have 5 days to vacate the property and dad has not signed the form ending his tenency, this of course seems not to matter a jot, dad is a very frail 84 year old and we as a family are having to deal with his impending death and the stress of the tenency, I am 60 and face homelessness, nobody in flagship or forest heath seem intereste and Mrs Kents response yesterday was , don't worry we will find you some emergency accommodation! Well news flash , I'm not accepting that at the 11th hour after weeks of calling and being reduced to tears with stress, iv been put on antidepressants and sleeping pills by my doctor, iv never taken anything like that in my life and all flagship seem interested in is trying to palm me off to forest heath , private housing or racing welfare and getting their hands on the keys to dad's home , I think this crew need to be looked into as they don't have a caring bone in their bodies

Flagship is the worst housing association I'm ready to take them to court dishonesty is rife from their own lawyer to housing manager to the head. They use a cheap fan based heating system that is so noisy that an entire place becomes an engine they do this to a brain injured person who can't process noise. Never trust flagship nor breckland council housing team. Together they collude and lie even to their regulatory bodies.

"The whole company is a joke"
The whole company is a joke. Waiting times to have repairs done are far to long, sometimes leaving the tennant in dangerous situations. Poor workmanship, cheap materials used and then botch jobs when they turn up to repair, rft workers to deal iin job theyno sod all about so they giuess , times arranged on the phone for eventual repairs to be done but changed on the day my husband and i have lost so much money in wages and holiday days for thennot to turn up at all , you phone up to ask where they are and they call you a liar. They allow subcontractors to treat you just as good as they do. RFT are truthfully nick named and oh boy do they live up to that The whole company is a shambles and a massive laughable joke 4 to 7 weeks is the fav saying for waiting to have repairs i have waited up till now 12 weeks with a hole in the kitchen ceilin the size of a football and getting a wee bit peed off. If tennants told them they need to wait weeks for the rent we would soon hear them in a lot faster time too. They are a pi$$ take no rating from me.

"Absolutely appalling Housing Association, avoid at all costs"
Terrible terrible housing association please avoid at all costs. We gave our obligatory 4 weeks notice of leaving and moved out to go to a privately rented home. We came back to meet our estate manager as advised to give the keys back. We have always kept our garden and property in good order etc. Flagship in their wisdom made us clean the house from top to bottom to a high standard, bearing in mind the homes we have previously been shown round have been total rubbish with mould on the walls etc and leaks which the new tenant must repair at their cost.
We say please avoid at all costs as you will be made to pay, pay, pay for their mistakes!! For their cock ups, for their incompetences, they have no money for repairs so don't expect them either either!!
Thank god we have left Flagship Housing now we really thank god.
By the way we are both profoundly disabled. Shame on you Flagship Housing, shame on you. The words we were told by our Estate Manager was "Get your neighbours to clean your house!!" Double shame on you.

Absolutely terrible company to purchase a home from. They take 5 times as long as they say the will and do 5 times less quality then they say they will. It is a complete and utter nightmare working with them. Most reps have not idea what's going on and they fail one inspection after another. Completely terrible

I would really like to know how flagship housing buys forest heath garages. I tried to get to rent a garage can't get one no replies, vauge answers, told one thing by one person and another by someone else. Made a complaint and nothing. Then offered one of 6 went to valley way 6 total deralict doors kicked in. Now got email sorry knocking them down. But funny applying for planning permission for building houses on Valley Way and Freshfeilds for garages. One would presume they buy the garages a a cheap rate but turn a buck by saying they can't rent them and change land to a different use. They get prime land sites at bargain basement prices!!!! Worth a chat it unbelievable how they are getting away with it robbing the people red handed. Been trying to rent a garage for 8 weeks. No pick up. Replies. Complained officially and nothing deliberately not renting them to get change of use on the land to residential

"enough is enough"
On the 9th of October 2016 I phoned Flagship response as my water tank was leaking yet again 2nd year running. They sent someone out who couldn't complete the job. Few day later I was told it had to be specialised engineers. I had one visit from them to be told they had to order a part. after a few weeks I again phoned flagship response to find out what was happening. They contacted their contractors, I was told they were waiting for apart to come in (a valve) . After several more phone calls to Flagship response and telling them I have a 2 month old baby in the house and one of my son's is asthmatic who now has a very bad chest infection, and it is getting very cold and I have no heating, Flagship gave me he number of their contractors. I phone the number and it is the wrong one. It is now the 3rd of December and the only contact made is if I phone them to be palmed off with excuses. WORST PEOPLE EVER

They are the worst housing association going. I moved from their property as i had enough They never made repairs and charge extortionate rent which they di not deserve, we got the house in an an atrocious condition, It was uninhabitable. I can testify to this as they neglected our housing needs. Honesty is the best policy.
