Flagship didn’t do nothing for help us. Now I write here our problem with property and they send me
leaflet how to get rid of mould. And how to register to swap house. But no one didn’t want swap out property. Because it’s terrible property . water comes from everywhere, we need to dig everything up and change all the pipes. This is a garage and not an apartment. I deprived you, we need another apartment. Nobody will go with us for an exchange, because there the living conditions are terrible. YOU UNDERSTAND IT. Come and see for yourself under what conditions we live and what we have to pay for! WE ONLY RUINING OUR HEALTH!!!!

"Flagship is an awful organisation."
That is the way it is ... letters ignored ... requestes for maintenance ignored ... if there was a '0' I would use that insted of '1' which is the lowest evaluation available. The only way to get anything done is to refer to a higher authority which we have been forced to do on two occasions - once directly, once indirectly and still things were not always sorted properly. Flagship officers tell lies ... say one thing and do another. Also make false accusations and fail to back them up, even when asked to !! Absolutely awful organisation - needs to be closed down and all their tenants should be returned to local authority management.

We had a major leak under our sink that meant we could not use our sink for washing up our dishwasher or washing machine, they gave us an appointment for a week's time.
which meant we would be without the facilities that we need for over a week.
having a disabled person living in the house this is not good enough
my wife spoke to an unpolite lady on the phone.
this was not dealt with in a professional manner,
After complaining they fixed our leak without any problems and the plumber was very polite and professional.
They just need to work on their administration and they would be a great company
