I struggled for half a year with a flaky internet connection, especially in my office, despite having a 200mb wifi contract, and non-operational Cat5 cabling, hence bought expensive wifi add-ons, spent days, to no avail.

Anthony & Barry from DTS came and sorted it out within 20min (!!). Internet in my office is good enough for a space ship now. Also offered other pragmatic solutions to enhance performance throughout the house.

My security camera were installed in November 2020. I became aware i had cameras error on my phone. Tried all day to sort it myself, via U.tube. Eventually texted Dts.Lomdon requesting a call back in the morning. Received an immediate response advising me how to rectify the issue. Sorted. Very impressed.

Owner is an absolutely terrible person to deal with. Charged me 160 pounds for a service that he was unable to provide and refused to give a refund. No morals or ethics, let alone integrity. Also told me my one negative review was worth nothing to them as they have people internally who submit positive reviews for them.
