"Dts London to the Wifi rescue"

Initially I got recommended DTS London in order to fix my Nest chime, but on closer inspection re the other services they offered, checking out their reviews and then getting Anthony in to look at remedying our poor Virgin wifi, we are now completely sorted by this great firm and superb engineers, O'Neil and Bill. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy, everything was planned out and we were informed continually with what they were doing. We now have rock solid wifi throughout the house, myself and partner can WFH efficiently and the kids can get on with their online schooling, all without the wifi glitching, MANY THANKS Dts London!!

"Wi-Fi and AV"

Initially called about terminating some ethernet cabling in a house we'd recently bought. Ended up getting DTS to install PoE Wi-Fi all around the house using said cabling. Has been working very well and all in the house are satisfied.

A few kinks to do with obscure networking issues that we managed to iron out remotely over the phone (technical note: by placing another router between the NowTV DSL modem and the Wi-Fi APs and by SSH'ing into the Wi-Fi AP that was disconnected unexpectedly). Though it sounded like Anthony/team were prepared to come round and fix it in person had I not done that.

Ended up using them again to buy/install/mount all the TV's in the house and planning to use them again for some Networking jobs I have planned. Would recommend.

Couldn't be happier. An investment that has really paid off. Full bandwidth all over our house now where there wa barely any in most rooms because of the way the house is built. Initial survey great, no hard sell. Installation superb; it was far from straightforward but it's super tidy and just simply works. The people that did the installation were a delight to have in the house too. Great follow up and support too. Couldn't ask for better. Not a paid review, simply a very satisfied customer.

Matt arrived on time and even on a wet and windy day, made light work of the installation of the CCTV system.
The system works really well.
The installation was neat and everything was tidied up afterwards.

Having used 3 of the leading security Adt,banham and West London security I have to say that the customer service and end result of Dtslondon is unrivalled. Cant thank them enough and only wish I known of the company years back

"Very unprofessional"

DTS were very unprofessional in the fitting of my alarm system and introduced hidden costs into the fitting. Having got a third party to review I've seen the equipment fitted is old and not set up correctly. Avoid at all costs.

Ash fitted us up with WiFi in the garden room. Explained everything and was great. The only problem I had was that I wasn’t told that all prices were plus vat. I should have known really but I think they should tell you when you accept the price. Over all they are a great company to deal with
