The Billstein shocks that I ordered from you never felt up to the task, even compared to the old Monroe RV shocks that I had replaced the with. I recently ordered KYB shocks for the same van (Roadtrek conversion) and cannot believe the difference. I can only conclude that the Billsteins were flawed from day one and am happy to return them for you evaluation. Order number 179509 was the Billsteins order from 27/03/2017. The KYB's were ordered 17/10/2018 from another source from which I have copies available if needed.

"I ordered shocks for my son's Ram 2500…"
I ordered shocks for my son's Ram 2500 2wd and after emailing and wanting my order cancelled then at three weeks they finally sent out the shocks.
The front shocks were correct but the rear load levelers were for some smaller vehicle and after requesting an RMA two times I have received not even a kiss my johnson.
In the comment box I asked them to send the correct shocks and if I owed any more or if they owed me we could take care of that.
I am not a happy camper I have $110 dollar set of shocks that I know not what they fit and since they don't have a customer care I will have to buy my son rear shocks for his truck and mount these shocks on the wall.
The lesson I have learned here is never trust a company that isn't reputable and has no good track record. It should have thrown up a RED flag when according to their website that the shocks were in stock and it takes 3 weeks to send them out.
If there was a way to not have one star there wouldn't be even that this company should be closed down......
I will file a report through the Better Business Bureau along with social media.

Placed order and called to confirm my parts were in stock. Was told yes. Allow 5 days. When no tracking # appeared, I called and was told they would ship out Monday and I would get on Wednesday. Call today and when I finally speak with Carlos, am told rear shocks were on backorder, coming in today. I would have on Friday. No one responds to online chat or emails. Hard to get a person to answer phone. I am quickly losing my patience with this company. People skills seriously lacking and since I ordered specifically from a Florida company to get fast delivery, did not expect this. I hope I get my order Friday. I wish I had read some reviews b4 ordering from shockwarehouse.

order took 3 weeks to deliver, then sent me the wrong shocks, return cost me $40, and they took another 4 weeks to refund my money...and then charged me some restocking fee ...
AN NO ONE ANSWERS the phone!!!! did not even get a notice of my final refund...just a deposit back in my account...

Ordered parts on 7/24/18, still not delivered as of 8/20/18. Cannot get anyone on phone and chat app doesn't work on website. Completely dissatisfied and will never use this company again.

Easy ordering, part arrived within 10 days but needed to return a few items because they did not fit my car. Received an RMA with no problem and item was returned but never received credit. Tried making several calls but recording said their operators are busy and to do online chat which no one ever responded deapite numerous attempts.

I'm pretty sure this 'company' is operated by just one person with no customer service skills. Opted for standard shipping. Figured 3 to 5 days for delivery. A week goes by. Tried to contact them for order status. You can't call because nobody will ever answer and message box is full. His 'contact us' link is a joke. Never did get a response, but half of the order shows up 5 days later.... duplicated! eg. Coil springs come in sets of 2 or you can order a kit which includes one set of front and rear springs. I ordered one kit, but it goes to your shopping cart as qty 2. That's the first issue. The primary parts, shocks and struts, didn't show up for another week. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry, right? The return policy is a complete joke. It's been quite a while since I have seen a policy like theirs. With all the return, restocking, relabelling and 'pain in the ars' fees, you will end up returning the parts and still owe them money. He really doesn't deserve a single 🌟, but I didn't want to portray myself into the same category. Better luck too you. Hope you're not in a hurry! thanks
