Dopeboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I paid for 2 vape pens, that either were not working or were a terrible. I asked if I could exchange them for something else and they said no. Customer service was incredibly rude. You need to open and try the vape before you can say it isn't working. I told them this, and they said pretty much sorry nothing we can do or will do. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So now I spent over $100 and I'm stuck with 2 crappy vape pens that don't work.

"SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"
(certain words have been edited for this website's censor and replaced with dweeb, flipping, etc.) I really wish I would have read some reviews before I placed an order with these dweebs. I ordered a bowl that said it was in stock. The next day, I got an email saying that they were really sorry, but it was out of stock and that I could choose another item with a 5 percent discount. Oh wow thanks for the 5 percent off, that's like a dollar or two. I told them that I wasn't interested in that and wanted a refund immediately and said they should update their flippin website properly and not charge people before they know they have the product. In regard to the refund, the idiot on the email said "We haven't charged you." Okay, then why was the exact amount for the bowl gone immediately after confirming my purchase? The rep was patronizing and said that "ranting and swearing doesn't get you faster service". Well you know what, there's being an a**hole, and then there's being assertive when someone f*cked you over, and I'm the latter. I haven't had a response back, but I'm getting my god damn money back, believe me. Don't order from them, there is no guarantee that they will have the product, and they will be an absolute dweeb when they email you about it.

Ordered bong September and they sent an email that they ran out and then have never returned emails or sent the new one. It's now over mid December. Do not buy from them.

I purchased an item, signed up for 10% off first order and the code didn’t come until I purchased without the code. A day later I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to the “PACT act”. This company is a scam and they’re probably using my credit card as we speak.

"Received broken piece, no response, refund, or replacement"
I ordered a piece from DopeBoo on August 30, 2021 for $262.98. After emailing a few times asking for shipping updates, it arrived completely broken on September 14, 2021. I emailed them on September 15, 2021 with photos of the broken piece. Anne (DopeBoo Support) responded on the same date: “This is a first with a Marley piece in 2 years of working here” (citing low stock) and “We’ll get you taken care of one way or another!” Whether it’s a first or not, it still happened.
I followed up on September 20, 2021 to which a team member stated they are still working on shipping orders. I followed up again on September 23, September 30, and October 18, 2021–no response. I received a broken piece in exchange for my hard earned money. I’m a first responder and really looked forward to relaxing with this piece. Now I have a broken piece and $262.98 less.
This business lack integrity. I highly encourage everyone to stay away!!

"This is literally the worst experience…"
This is literally the worst experience I've had with any website I've ever ordered off of. First they did not ship the product out till several days after they said they did, then my package was lost by usps which now the this website believes I the customer must do all the tracking to find were my lost package is and guess what its nowhere to be found. Plus now it looks like I will have to use usps to pay me back my lost money of $162 which this website only insured the package for $100. I've reached out several times for a response from this website and they won't even contact me back with any sort of response. This place does not value you as a customer and they will quickly show that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I will be taken appropriate actions against them and I would suggest spending your hard earn cash somewhere else!
