Just terrible. I ordered a Pax 3 from DopeBoo. DopeBoo promised free delivery within 3 days. I ordered the Pax on 11-12-19. I still had not received it by 11-24-19. For some reason, USPS had returned the item to DopeBoo on 11-16-19, and DopeBoo made no effort to contact me or reship the item. When I contacted DopeBoo, they said they would charge me to reship the item to me (even though I qualified for free shipping), and if I canceled the order, they would charge me a 20% restocking charge (even though they claim to accept returns for full credit if notified within 7 days of delivery with no restocking charge). So now I have to dispute the charge, buy my Pax elsewhere, and get through Thanksgiving with no vape. What a horrible company.
