"Why has my order beware of this company"

Why has my order, which I placed on September 6, still not been sent? I contacted you through the online form and no one has responded.
So. I want to add to my review. I received my parcel on time. The parcel was in perfect condition. This is one of the pluses. Now I want to tell you about what I really didn’t like. The order on the website was made on September 6, 2024. Several days passed, but there was no information about my parcel. On September 11, 2024, I decided to write to the support service with the question: where is the information about my parcel? I also wrote to them on Instagram. No one answered me, but, lo and behold, they sent me a message by email that my order was already on the way. I want to go to the EVRI carrier website and what do I see, but the fact that my parcel is still in the sender’s country. I was worried about the delivery of my parcel, having read bad reviews about this store, especially since this parcel contained a gift for my friend. The information on the carrier’s website was updated very slowly, especially since this carrier was waiting for all the parcels to be collected, which in this case were going to Ireland. But the most interesting thing is that when I received my parcel, please note, within the time period that they sent me, which is from September 13 to September 16, 2024, and I received the parcel on September 16, 2024, then on that day the managers decided to answer me that according to the deadlines, my parcel should be delivered from September 16 to September 20, 2024. I was shocked. I told them that they were mistaken and sent them a screenshot of the email so that they could see the real delivery time of the parcel. Naturally, no one answered me. But after all this, I had a question, what if I had been unlucky and the parcel had not been delivered to me on time, then what then, how would I have looked for it if their support service does not contact customers at all? After all this, I have absolutely no desire to place orders in this store.

"Order not received a month later, no update,no customer support."

Order not received a month later, no one seems to be answering the phone (German contact number 1800710327, try for yourself). Sent numerous emails (11 in total), but got one reply and nothing after that, still do not know what has happened to my order which contained more than one item and was expensive, when I will get it or if I will get it. Disappointing as I ordered items before and had no issue. Hopefully this review might get them to investigate it.

Where is my money? they said the order was delivered and I was not at home, I requested a cancelation because we had an emergency trip, be careful when you buy from this company! I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW.

Scammers Do not use them .
I purchased a perfum on the 26 of July on the 6 of August I received some cheap shampoo instead , chased them until the 16 of August to send me a return label to send the wrong item , the return took 2 weeks because they choose a very cheap return service which took that long and on the 30 of August the return was delivered and since then they are not replying to my emails to process my refund, still not got my refund. Save your money, thieves awful experience

"Charged twice"

Put my items in the basket, proceeded to checkout, made payment, once payment was approved I was told that one item was not available and the basket appeared again without the item. I assumed the oder had not gone through and paid now for my new basket minus the out of stock item. When I checked my bank account I had been charged for both baskets. Don't see how I can be charged for an order that can't be fulfilled. I sent a message to customer service to cancel the 1st order and refund me, no reply yet, 24hrs later. Logged in to my parfum dreams account, no record of either order there. I have ordered here before. The items came those time albeit a bit delayed so I am hoping they will sort this out now but I would be very wary of them. Not all of us can afford to be charged twice like that. They are not very efficient and customer service is obviously low on the agenda. Edited to say money now refunded for order.
